Would you try a diet that allows you to feast for five days but starve for two?

A new diet gaining popularity in England is called the "Fast Diet." Americans have a fascination with all things British and this diet will inevitably come across the pond to the U.S.

The diet is simple, you eat what you want for five days and then you "fast" for two days by only eating 500 calories (600 for men).

We'll show you some examples of 500 calorie meals and the best way to plan your meals on 300 calorie days.
