Our Ask Tony and Tucker question comes from Denise Bishop in Bowie, Maryland. She asks, "We have a new 14 week old puppy. We've had him for 5 weeks. My husband started out getting up with him at 4:30 am and 5 pm to feed him. Now he starts whimpering at 4 am and 5 pm on the dot everyday. Do dogs have a sense of time? What effect will DST have on this routine?"
