CHAMBLEE, Ga. -

A FOX 5 I-Team investigation has found that the Chamblee City Council voted to cut its development department and replace the staff with a company the Mayor works for.

Senior I-team reporter Dale Russell says the move is costing taxpayers dearly and raising questions of a conflict of interest.
