13-year-old injured by falling tree limb - DC Breaking Local News Weather Sports FOX 5 WTTG

A 13-year-old DeKalb County boy is hospitalized after a branch hit him in the head while he was waiting for the school bus.
       
DeKalb fire officials say the branch fell in the Ashford Apartment Homes on Ashford Dunwoody Road about 7:35 a.m. on Tuesday. The branch was four inches in diameter and bruised the child's head.
          
Authorities say the teen was disoriented but conscious when he left the scene.
