PHOENIX -
It is President's Day, and today a company will give someone a presidential experience. And this doesn't involve deciding big issues. This is a fun one.
"I didn't expect such a big showing, just normally get just one car, got three today," says passenger Blaine Light.
Blaine Light got quite the ride -- the flags and the motorcade.
"I just feel like I'm treated like royalty, I love it I feel like a baller."
Even Secret Service by his side, driving him around town in leather seats with amenities like a full bar and televisions.
"Just looking out the window there's people waving it's really such a great feeling being here."
Almost like he's the president -- courtesy of Uber.
"Uber is an app, we're a technology company that connects riders with drivers with the tap of an app," says Gabe Williams, Uber community manager.
On this President's Day, Uber will surprise someone with a motorcade all their own. Just like Blaine Light, they'll too get to ride in style like American royalty.
"They're going to see that a driver is coming to get them but they won't know that it's the Uber presidential cade is coming to get them until it pulls up in front of them and Secret Service jumps out."
A surprise in style.
This is not the first time Uber has done this. Last year they did this in DC and it was very successful so they decided to bring it to other cities this year.
