
Washington officials are looking to hire people to play DC Water's mascot, a water drop.
DC Water is holding auditions Friday from noon to 5 p.m. at the Bryant Street Pumping Station in northwest Washington.
The agency says potential mascots should be outgoing and energetic. They'll be asked to try on the water drop costume and do some acting in it.
Another audition will be held Tuesday.

WHAT: DC Water will host free, public auditions to hire individuals to serve as its "Wendy/Wendell the Water Drop" mascot. Participants should be charismatic, energetic and outgoing. Mascot hopefuls will be required to perform some non-verbal movement and try on Water Drop costume.
