The Berman Center for the Performing Arts will screen 'The Purple Gang' at 7:30 p.m. on Feb. 12. Special guest speaker writer, producer and director, H.G. Manos will also be present at the event.
The 1959 film features the story of the infamous Purple Gang, a ring of bootleggers, hijackers and killers in 1920s' Detroit.
