A surge in red light camera tickets in Rockville, Maryland has drivers upset.
The cameras are allegedly issuing tickets to drivers stopped just beyond the white line. Drivers say that although their cars are not moving they are still being ticketed.
Drivers also say this is just a way to generate more money from tickets.
The city says the red light violations occur when the white line boundary is crossed and the new cameras help enforce that.
