But this month, the Hillwood Estate Museum and Gardens will be all about pomp and pageantry.
That's because Hillwood's newest collection, "Pageant of the Tsars" will bring a glimpse of Russian Royalty to D.C.

Recipe (1 portion):
Potato - 40 gr
Carrot - 40 gr
Green peas (you can take fresh or blanch frozen English pea) - 40 gr
Beet - 90 gr
Scallion (chopped) - 5 gr
Parsley (chopped) - 2 gr
Preparation:
Roast thinly chopped potatoes, carrots, and beets (with vegetable oil, salt and pepper) with the skin on.
After that, clean the vegetables and dice them.
Dressing:
Sunflower oil - 20 gr
Salt - 1 gr
Pepper - 1 gr
Mix the above ingredients in a bowl and serve.
