A military drone, once mistaken for a UFO along DC highways back in June took flight Tuesday. The X-47Bdrone is the size of a fighter jet, and took off from the deck of an American aircraft carrier for the first time Tuesday in a test flight that could eventually open the way for the U.S. to launch unmanned aircraft from just about any place in the world.

Did he or didn't he?

Justin Bieber was seemingly snapped in a photo grabbing a fan's breast as they posed for a picture together.

The photo was posted and then removed from Bieber's official fan site, Bieberfever.com.

The girl in the photo with Bieber smiled for the cameras during the shot and is seen in another photo with the pop superstar, whispering in his ear.

But Melissa Victor, Bieber's publicist, tells FOX411 the singer did not grab the girl's chest, but was "moving his hand away from hugging her" as the picture was being taken.

The girl in the photo, who goes simply by Jocelyn on her Twitter account, seems to corroborate Victor.

"IM DYING HAHAHAHHAHA IT LOOKS LIKE JUSTIN'S TOUCHING MY BOOB IN THE PICTURE," she tweeted, before adding somewhat more cryptically. ""People can think what they want but I know what really happened & Justin does too so everyone else's opinions don't matter to me."

Meanwhile, Bieber's newest album, "Believe Acoustic," hit stores today. The album features acoustic versions of some of his 2012 hits and three new songs, including one that may be about his break up with Selena Gomez.

The track, titled "Nothing Like Us," includes lyrics like "I wish I could give you what you deserve," and "Nothing can ever, ever replace you."

Bieber split with Gomez in November, but the two were spotted together shortly after their break up, leading to speculation they may have reconciled.

Bieber and Gomez first made their relationship public in February 2011, and they dated for two years. It was reported at several points during their relationship that they had broken up and gotten back together.

Gomez is known for her role on Disney Channel's "Wizards of Waverly Place."
