Twitter launches new app to share short videos

Posted: Updated:
PHOENIX -

A new iPhone app allows users to make videos and share them on a feed like Instagram.

Twitter announced its new app "Vine" on Thursday. The app allows users to capture and share short, looping videos.

Similar to tweeting, the videos on Vine have a limit: six seconds or less.

Users can easily capture motion and sound and share it with friends.

The app is free, but is only available on iPhone and iPod right now.

Tech guru Jeff Moriarty shows the ins and outs of the app.
