FORT WASHINGTON, Md. -

Around 200 people packed into a community meeting at Friendly High School Wednesday night to ask questions and express concerns in the wake of the fatal shooting of 16-year-old Marcus Jones in Fort Washington over the weekend.

Police implored parents to talk to their kids and begged students to let police know if they have information about the shooting.

It occurred as Jones left a part on Webster Lane around midnight Saturday.

Investigators insist somebody must have seen it and they are asking for information so they can track down a suspect.

Some parents seized the occasion to complain about security at the school. Some told FOX 5 they think there is a gang problem at Friendly High School.

Police say they intend to submit a comprehensive security plan to the Prince George's County school board next month.
