Philadelphia police are asking for your help to find a missing teenager.
Chelsea Ramsey-Jones, 14, has been missing since Monday when she failed to return home from Barry Elementary School in West Philadelphia.
She is approximately 5 feet 6 inches tall and was last seen wearing a brown jacket with a fur collar, a red shirt, a black skirt and black tights. Police say who has autism and suffers from a cognitive impairment.
Anyone with information is asked to call Philadelphia police at 215-686-3138.

Rain moved in Saturday afternoon and the chance for it will stick around through the seven day forecast.
It becomes very unsettled across our area with clounds and showers again Sunday. The best chance for rain is in the morning and afternoon thunderstorms are possible towards our south.
