
An electrical problem is believed to have sparked a fire at a D.C. restaurant.
The fire started just before 3:00 a.m. Thursday morning at Hanks Oyster Bar in the 600 block of Pennsylvania Avenue in the southeast.
The damage is said to be minor.
No one was injured, however, Pennsylvania Avenue was closed for several hours.
