We've waited months for it and now hockey season is about to begin.
The Washington Capitals are back in training and they've made it fan appreciation week.
So, this morning we're getting a taste of what to expect out on the ice with two of the team's biggest fans.
Holly Morris is facing off with our own Dave Ross in Arlington.

To celebrate hockey's return we're giving away great Caps prizes throughout Fan Appreciation Week (January 14-18) including:

If you win the opportunity to meet a Caps player you will be notified by 5 pm the day before the practice.
