ALPHARETTA, Ga. -

Police in Alpharetta are asking for the public's help in locating a teen who they say is a runaway.

Alpharetta police say Jacquon Douglas, 16, was last seen at his home at 3:40 a.m. on January 10. They say he deliberately left his home, and has not been heard from since.

Police say they are concerned because Douglas appears to be hiding his tracks from police. They say he may be with another male.

Douglas is described as being 5'7" tall, and weighs 156 pounds. He is a light-skinned black male with black hair and brown eyes.

Police say they don't believe the teen is any danger at this time. If anyone has any information on Douglas, they are urged to call the Alpharetta Police Department at 678-297-6332.
