'Living Paleo for Dummies' author in Birmingham Jan. 11 - 12

SOUTHFIELD, Mich. (WJBK) -

Dr. Kellyann Petrucci will speak at the Birmingham Wellness Center Friday, Jan. 11 at 6:30 p.m. and Saturday, Jan. 12 at 10 a.m about nutrition, diet tips, and her new book 'Living Paleo for Dummies'.

The diet focuses on natural foods in an effort to improve health and longevity. The book includes more than 40 recipes, written by Petrucci and co-author Melissa Joulwan. Interested readers can expect the book to make it's debut in June 2013.

"It's a diet about eating whole foods. It's about a diet bringing us back to where we should be," said Petrucci.
