Police search for robbery suspects in the Bronx

NEW YORK (MYFOXNY) -

Police are looking two suspects wanted in connection with a gunpoint robbery in the Bronx in December. 

Authorities say on Thursday, December 20 around 8:00 p.m., two suspects approached a 17-year-old teen near Purdy Street and Maple Drive in the Parkchester section and demanded his personal items.  

One suspect displayed a black firearm and the two suspects fled with the victim's jewelry and cellphone, according to police. The victim was not injured as a result of this incident. 

Police have released surveillance photos of the two suspects. 

The first suspect is a Black man in his 20's, 5'10", 180lbs and was last seen wearing blue jeans, brown coat and blue Nautica baseball cap. 

The second suspect is a Black man in his 20's, 5'8", 170lbs and last seen wearing black jeans, blue leather jacket and a black hoodie under his jacket.
