NEW YORK (MYFOXNY) -

A New Jersey man was charged Friday in connection with an alleged plot last year by an NYPD officer to kidnap, cook and eat women.

Michael Vanhise was arrested in Trenton, according to unsealed federal court papers.

The FBI said Vanhise agreed to pay $5,000 to Officer Gilberto Valle, 28, for the abduction. The FBI said Vanhise also admitted emailing others about kidnapping, raping and killing women and children.

Valle was charged last year with targeting victims through a law-enforcement database. He allegedly wanted to kidnap, rape, kill and eat women.

The FBi searched Valle's computer and say he had created files pertaining to at least 100 women and had at least one photo of each of the woman.  The majority of the women were listed by their first and last names.

The officer's lawyer says he was engaging in sexual fantasies and intended no violence.

Vanhise's lawyer did not immediately return a call for comment.

The Associated Press contributed to this report.
