NYC newspaper hires armed guards for security after publishing names of gun owners

CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) -
A newspaper near New York City that published the names of local gun owners has now been forced to hire armed guards to provide security for their headquarters.
The Journal News listed the names of gun owners, claiming it was the right of readers to know who was armed in their neighborhoods.
A long list of groups criticized the decision saying it put the lives of judges, police officers and others at risk.
Several advertisers are also now threatening to boycott the paper.
