JACKSWON TOWNSHIP, N.J. -

The driver of an SUV that slammed into a school bus Wednesday was rushed to the hospital in what police describe as "extremely critical" condition.

The accident happened on the 400 block of Diamond Road in Jackson Township, New Jersey.

Emergency responders tell FOX 29 there were no injuries to passengers on the bus.

Police say the driver of the SUV was flown to a hospital in Neptune.
