Cartersville police say they found the body of a homeless man behind a gym on Friday. The discovery was made outside the BodyPlex gym on Collins Drive.
A police spokesman tells FOX 5 the victim was known to have a history of medical issues, and it is believed he died of natural causes. There were no signs of injury or trauma. His body was discovered by one of his friends.
