Man shot, killed in DC's Capitol Hill - DC Breaking Local News Weather Sports FOX 5 WTTG

D.C. police have identified a man who was found fatally shot inside a vehicle in the Capitol Hill neighborhood.

Police say 28-year-old Jason Emma of Northeast Washington was found around 2:15 a.m. Monday after officers responded to a report of gunfire. He was slumped over the steering wheel of a vehicle in the 1200 block of C Street, Northeast. Police say he was later pronounced dead by a medical examiner.

Police have not released any information about suspects or a possible motive.
