PBA provides toys for kids in Far Rockaway

Posted: Updated:
NEW YORK (MYFOXNY) -

Kids and their parents lined up at the church on Far Rockaway Saturday to get free toys for the holiday!

The new toys were collected and handed out by the New York City Patrolman's Benevolent Association at the Church of the Nazarene.

The Far Rockaway section was hit hard by Superstorm Sandy and organizers say many of the children may not have received anything for the holidays if not for the kindness of strangers.
