CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) -

A study out of the University of Wisconsin said using your mind can cut your chances of a cold by as much as 50 percent.

The researchers found that people who meditate and use other techniques to lower the stress in their lives don't get sick as much as the rest of us.

They also recommend you wash your hands frequently and keep your hands away from your face.
