FAIRFAX, Va. -
Police are investigating a possible thirteenth incident involving a serial fondler in Fairfax County.
Police say that on Thursday, December 13 at around 9:00 a.m., a 23-year-old woman was walking on Floyd Avenue near Erving Street when she reported that a man ran up behind her and fondled her.
The man then fled the area.
The subject is described as 5 feet, 6 inches tall and Hispanic. The victim said the fondler wore faded green pants, a black knit cap, a green jacket, and had a close-cut beard.
The first reported incidents occurred in early September of this year.
