Someone left homemade ‘acid bombs' in the front yard of an African-American woman this weekend in Orange County.

The woman told police she thinks it was racially motivated...police say there's no evidence yet of a hate crime.

The Orange County Human Relations Commission says African-Americans have been the most targeted victims of hate crimes, despite making up only a small portion of the population in the OC.
