Show of force by Guardian Angels after girl shot walking to school

WASHINGTON -

A show of force in southeast D.C. one day after someone shot a student in the leg on her way to school.

The Guardian Angels are patrolling the 1400 block of Morris Road where an 18-year-old girl was attacked on Tuesday.

The girl's father says the motive might have been robbery.

Police are still looking for a suspect.
