LILBURN, Ga. -

Gwinnett County fire crews battled flames at a home in Lilburn overnight, and the family of nine who lives there managed to get out safely.

The blaze sparked at a home on Five Forks Trickum just after 1:00 a.m.  Firefighters say the fire may have been started by a faulty cell phone charger.   The fire started in a front bedroom, but the entire house sustained smoke and water damage.

The family who lives there is now being assisted by the Red Cross.  No injuries were reported.
