Police search for missing boy in the Bronx

The NYPD is looking for a 11-year-old boy in the Bronx who was last seen at his building Friday afternoon. 

Police say Demond Wiggin disappeared from his home on 1674 Boston Road around 2:30 p.m. 

Demond is around 5'0", 110 lbs., with brown eyes and brown hair. He was last seen wearing a blue jacket, beige slacks, black and gray Miami Heat baseball cap, beige backpack and black Nike sneakers. 

Police ask anyone with information in regards to this missing person is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477). The public can also submit their tips by logging onto the Crime Stoppers website at WWW.NYPDCRIMESTOPPERS.COM or by texting their tips to 274637 (CRIMES) then enter TIP577.
