Lindsay Lohan was arrested around 4 a.m. in New York City for allegedly punching a woman at a nightclub.

According to TMZ, Lohan got into an argument with the woman because the woman would not give her "space."

Some time passed, then for some reason, Lohan allegedly punched the woman.

This is the most recent run in with the law for Lohan. In September, she alleged a man assaulted her in a New York hotel. Those charges were dropped.

She is also in trouble for lying to cops about a June car accident.
