Psychologist Ronda Hampton: I Want Justice For Mitrice Richardson

Posted: Updated:

New episode of the TV show ‘Disappeared' focuses on the case of Mitrice Richardson. She was the 24-year-old woman last seen when she was released from the Malibu Sheriff's station in the middle of the night on September 17th, 2009.

Eleven months later she was found dead.

Mitrice had been arrested for not paying her bill at a local restaurant and for possession of a small amount of marijuana.

When Mitrice's mother called to arrange for bail, she was shocked to find Mitrice had been released hours earlier…alone and with no car.

Ronda Hampton is a psychologist who was Mitrice Richardson's college mentor…and for a time, she was spokesperson for the Richardson family. She was joined by our legal analyst, Robin Sax.
