A stay-at-home mom suddenly starts to live a healthy, new lifestyle.  She exercises regularly and whips up green smoothies. She has gone from a size 24 to a 4.  No surgery.  Nothing drastic.

So - how did she do it?

Using only words, a trained physiotherapist performed weight loss surgery on a patient.
