Lt. Col. Oliver North served his country as counterterrorism coordinator of the National Security Council staff.
The FOX News military analyst weighed in on the violence between Hamas and Israel including the possibility of a ground invasion in Palestinian territory by Israel.
"The real pressure on Israel is being leveled at the Pentagon. The parts train…the whole maintenance line not to mention fuel, all have to come through the United States. When we want the Israelis to stop the ground operation they'll put the pressure on them and say those spare parts, they're coming late," North told Good Day NY on Tuesday.
North is also the author of the new book "Heroes Proved."
He will be signing books at Book Review, Huntington, N.Y., Nov. 20, 7 p.m.
