Vice President Joseph R. Biden Jr. will visit storm-ravages communities in New Jersey on Sunday, the White House announced.

Biden will travel to Seaside Heights and Hoboken on November 18, 2012, to view storm damage and thank first responders.

Superstorm Sandy destroyed much of the Seaside Heights boardwalk and its famous amusement park pier. Further north, Hoboken was flooded for days from the record-breaking storm surge.
