Photos: elaborate sculptures line Siesta Key - DC Breaking Local News Weather Sports FOX 5 WTTG

Sand sculptors from all over the world have made some eye-opening creations on Siesta Key.

It's part of the Siesta Key Crystal Classic Master Sand Sculpting Competition.

Twenty-four sculptors from as far away as Holland, Germany and Portugal came to compete.

The first-place winner the judges selected this year was a sculpture call "Fossil-Fueled." The people's choice  winner was called "Fine Lines."

The sculptures will be in place until Tuesday morning.
