PHILADELPHIA -

The latest scandal to hit Washington, D.C., involves former Gen. David Petraeus and his biographer.

The decorated general has stepped down as CIA director after his affair with his biographer Paula Broadwell was found out.

The affair was uncovered after Jill Kelly, a Petraeus family friend, told the FBI she was getting harassing emails from Broadwell.

Kelly is from Philadelphia but now lives in Tampa, Fla.

Delaware Attorney General Beau Biden was on "Good Day" Monday morning.

Holly Petraeus, the general's wife, appeared with Beau Biden last time he visited our studios in January.

The vice president's son talked with FOX 29 on Monday morning about the relationship between their families and his reaction to the news that broke late Friday afternoon.
