PHILADELPHIA -

Residents were inside a building at the time its side came tumbling down Thursday morning at 40th and Girard in Philadelphia.

Four people made it out safely.

SkyFOX flew over the scene where bricks were scattered all around what was left of the building.

The American Red Cross of Southeastern Pennsylvania says it is working with the residents of the building to help them find a place to stay.
