PHILADELPHIA -

More storm surges are on the way and residents who saw power outages during Sandy may see them again as a new storm makes its way into the area.

A Nor'easter is set to reach the area Wednesday.

Wednesday, 6 a.m. to 9 a.m.:

FOX 29 Chief Meteorologist Scott Williams says we'll start to see rain move into the area from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. Wednesday morning.

Wednesday, 12 p.m.:

By noon, the rain will begin to turn to a mix of rain and snow in the Philadelphia area and the Northwest suburbs.

Wednesday, 1 p.m.:

Along the coast, by 1 p.m. Wednesday, we should start to see high tides through 2 a.m. Thursday.

With the storm, there are moderate to potential major flooding possibilities for the Jersey Shore and parts of the Delaware Bay.

By 12 p.m. Wednesday, expect heavy rain towards the coast and a rain snow mix to continue with some accumulation during heavier busts.

Thursday morning:

By early Thursday morning, the storm system will begin to pull away.

The heaviest rain is expected to fall east of I-95, with between 1-2 inches likely for the coast. The strongest winds are also expected to hit areas east of I-95.

A winter weather advisory goes into effect at 6 a.m. Wednesday for several Pennsylvania and New Jersey counties and New Castle County, Delaware.

The National Weather Service has also issued a high wind warning for Sussex County, Delaware and several counties in New Jersey.
