PHILADELPHIA -
A mural of President Obama was ordered to be covered up at a polling location in Philadelphia Tuesday after some voters complained.
The mural showed President Obama with the words "hope" and "change" painted next to him at the Franklin Elementary School.
A picture of the mural, which appeared to face voters as they walked inside to vote, was Tweeted by several people on Twitter throughout the day.
By Tuesday afternoon, a judge ordered it covered up.
The mural wasn't the only voting issue that surfaced in the area.
A man dressed in dark, military style clothing with a beret and what looked like a panther pin on it stood outside a polling location at 12th and Fairmount in Philadelphia.
The man wouldn't talk to FOX 29 crews, but multiple broadcast and online reports suggested he was a member of the New Black Panther Party.
At another location at 7th and Cayoga, reports surfaced that there wasn't an interpreter available to help non-English speaking voters.
A woman who says she works at the polling place told FOX 29 there was help for Spanish speakers all day.
One poll worker says the biggest problem of Tuesday was confusion about where voters needed to be and if they needed a voter ID.
You can watch FOX 29 reporter Jeff Cole's report in the video above.
