Hot Topic: Sandy and Tuesday's election

Posted: Updated:

In the aftermath of superstorm Sandy, New Jersey will be sending out military trucks to act as polling places in areas damaged by the storm on Election Day.

The AP reports the trucks will be parked at regular polling places that have lost power. Paper ballots are to be used. New Jersey officials say the trucks will be marked, "Vote Here."

New Jersey's Governor Chris Christie says with the paper ballots that have to be counted, some races "might be more suspenseful."

So we want to know, how do you think Sandy could impact Tuesday's election? Post your responses on our FOX 5 AtlantaFacebook page, tweet us @GoodDayAtlanta, or email us at! We'll read some of your responses during the 9 am hour of Good Day Atlanta.
