We're back with your look at what's upcoming, new and noteworthy: it's your Capital Rundown for the week of November 5, 2012.

On Monday at 10 a.m., the Supreme Court hears arguments in the case: Comcast vs. Behrend, which examines if cable companies are becoming monopolies.

Tuesday, November 6 is Election Day and at 6:30 p.m., the National Press Club will host a non-partisan election returns watch party.

The next morning on Wednesday, November 7, the Brookings Institution will examine the election results in a forum called "What Happened and What Comes Next" that starts at 10 a.m.

On Thursday, November 8 at 9 a.m. at the Newseum, former Senators Tom Daschle and Bill Frist appear together to talk about "Where Does Health Care Improvement Go From Here?"

And on Friday, November 9, Maryland Congressman Chris Van Hollen is the keynote speaker at the World Affairs Councils of America's National Conference at 9 a.m. at the Mayflower Hotel.
