Get Up and Go is heading about 25 miles northwest of Atlanta to a first time event. The destination is Palmer Middle School in Kennesaw and the CRAFT-A-PALOOZA event.
Usually, students are out selling wrapping paper this time of year to raise money for the PTSA. This year it's crafts.
There are two large gymnasiums at the school and on Saturday they will be full of crafts. Dozens of craft vendors will be there with many items for your perusal, and there will be live entertainment.
Palmer Middle School is on Booth Road in Kennesaw, and the event is on Saturday only from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
