PHILADELPHIA -

More than a million people in our viewing area are still in the dark this morning in the wake of Hurricane Sandy.

Atlantic City Electric is reporting over 79,000 outages, most of which are in Atlantic County.

PPL has more than 202,000 in 29 counties.

Delmarva has just over 1,600 outages.

And PSE&G has 780,000 outages.

PECO crews have been working around the clock to restore power to hundreds of thousands of customers. The utility is reporting 225,000 people in the dark.

Joining "Good Day" on the phone Thursday morning was Liz Williamson, from PECO, who said the company has now restored service to 625,000 customers, or 75 percent of those who lost power during the storm.

More than half of those customers without power, or 119,000 of them, are in Bucks County.
