Police have charged a man with killing a woman and her infant daughter before setting fire to a Bronx apartment where the victims were found Thursday.

Authorities say 21-year-old Eligidio Lind was charged with two counts of murder, two counts of manslaughter and two counts of arson. Firefighters who rushed to extinguish the blaze in the Kingsbridge Road section found 32-year-old Luisa Rodriguez dead with multiple stab wounds under a burning mattress.

Her 1-month-old daughter, Angela Rodriguez, was pulled from the flames and later died at Jacobi Hospital.

Police are still trying to find the cause of death for both victims and their investigation is ongoing.

Burger chain Five Guys is testing the adage that everything tastes better with bacon. It is rolling out a customizable milkshake program and along with bananas, peanut butter, Oreo cookies, salted caramel, you can chose bacon.  Yes that's right: a bacon milkshake.

Mayor Bill de Blasio won't be reimbursing the city for personal travels that involve his security detail. "We have followed the conflict of interest board guidelines. I am following their guidelines to the letter," said de Blasio. The mayor has been heavily criticized for not paying the city back for travel expenses. Attention around the issue started last week when de Blasio was spotted not paying for a subway ride to Barclays Center while on official business.

Security is being beefed up at Yankee Stadium this week. It is all part of Major League Baseball's safety plan. Ticketholders going to Tuesday night's game against the Houston Astros will notice metal detectors in place at some of the gates. They'll be asked to remove cellphones and large metal objects from their pockets before walking through them.
