WATERFORD, Mich. (WJBK) - Michigan's first brick-and-mortar roller derby supply store is now open in Waterford.
All aBout Derby (4395 Dixie Highway) will host a grand opening event on Saturday, Oct. 27 from noon until 4 p.m. There will be free skate-fitting, giveaways and derby girls from Michigan's 36 different leagues.
Owner Mechelle Bertolini says she has confidence her store will be a success thanks to the rapid growth and popularity of roller derby.
