Two NJ Men Indicted For Sexual Assault At Mount Laurel Hotel

The Burlington County Prosecutor's Office has indicted two men for sexually assaulting a physically incapacitated 18-year old female in a New Jersey hotel.
The incident occurred in December of 2011 at a hotel on the 500 block of Fellowship Road in Mount Laurel.
The indictment alleges that Iric Cohen, 42, and Richard T. Hughes, 44, both of Mount Laurel, recorded the assault on a smart phone.
Police were called to the hotel after a hotel guest saw the woman enter the hotel with the two men. The guest noticed that she was severely incapacitated.
The victim is an acquaintance of one of the victims.
Both men are free on bail and scheduled to be arraigned at the Superior Court in Burlington County.
