Police: Reported human remains found at Detroit school are just tree roots

DETROIT (WJBK) - Police tell FOX 2 reported human remains discovered by students outside an elementary school are nothing more than tree roots.
Police say the Wayne County Medical Examiner was called to Bagley Elementary to confirm their findings.
Police were called to the scene earlier Thursday morning after students reportedly discovered what they believed to be bones in the playground. Police have since left the scene.
