Electronics found to disrupt children's sleep cycles

CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) -

If you want your child to get a good night's sleep get technology out of their bedrooms.

Researchers in Canada say more than half of the kids they talked to use their tech devices after they should be asleep.

The researchers found that kids with at least one electronic device in their bedroom were one and a half times more likely to be overweight.

That number increased to three times more likely if they had all these devices in their bedrooms.
