Philly Makes List Of Best Places To Trick-Or-Treat

It's almost trick-or-treat time, just under two weeks away, and while you are busy getting your costume ready, have you given any thought to where you will be collecting candy this year?
Philly just made the top 10. We came in at No. 9 on Zillow.com's list.
The top three cities were San Francisco, Boston and Honolulu.
Zillow says the best neighborhoods in Philly to trick-or-treat in are Chestnut Hill, Manayunk, Mount Airy, South Philly and Fox Chase.
